Nature of Hand Made Process

All products are hand thrown on the potter's wheel giving each of them uniqueness.
There are chances of slight color and size variations, all things that come with the art of
hand made process.

Shipping Policy

Ready to ship items will be shipped 3-5 business days from order submission.

Made to order items will ship in 8-10 weeks.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our work, we do not accept returns or refunds. All Sales Final

Damages and Defects

If you receive a damaged piece in the mail, please take a photo and reach out to us within 72 hours. We will issue you a shipping label to return to us. Item must be unused.

We will send out a replacement if it is in stock or within 3-4 weeks. If the customer prefers not to wait, we can issue a store credit.
